"I've been a dentist almost 15 years, and even had my own practice for 9 of those years. I couldn't stand it anymore. The constant pressure of paperwork, staffing, overhead and such made it almost impossible to concentrate on enjoying my work. Being on call all the time, and never being able to get away for long periods wore me out.

Since I joined my own hospital, I haven't had so much fun in practice in years. I am in charge of my own practice, with full corporate support. My quality of life has improved tremendously. I can take time off and enjoy my family and interests without stressing out about meeting expenses after a vacation. I feel relaxed and enjoy the day-to-day interaction with our patients.
